Apps To Download

Here is a suggestion of Apps to download on your phone prior to your Paris trip. These are all apps I use when I am in the city.

• Google Translate – You can use this to translate words, menus, and anything else you take a picture of and need a translation.
• Uber – You will need the Uber app to use the car service within Paris.
• G7 – If you plan on using this Paris Taxi service.
• WhatsApp – To send text messages to loved ones at home or communicate with others when in Paris.
• Currency Converter – Your favorite currency converter to find out the conversion of euros to dollars.
• Google Maps – I always use Google Maps when I am in Paris to save restaurants, recommendations, and places I want to go, plus for directions as well when walking around.
• Trains – If you are taking any sort of train out of the city, you will want to download their specific app for train information, access to your tickets, and more.
• Citymapper– When you want to find multiple ways to get somewhere, use this app. It will tell you which metro line to take, which bus will take you to your destination, and how far it is to walk, it’s the ultimate trip app.
