Some of the biggest highlights of the holiday retreat

were the Seine River dinner cruise with so much ambience and incredible food, shopping for food on Rue Cler and then helping prepare lunch with Véronique in her gorgeous apartment, and the special tour with Pauline to the fairy tale villages, especially Colmar. Please note: This retreat is only open to female participants. This retreat is also non-refundable and all sales are final. We highly recommend you purchase Trip Insurance to protect yourself in the case of unforeseen circumstances and/or cancellations. We suggest comparing policies and shopping for Trip Insurance here. It is also imperative that you have full mobility and able to walk for extended periods of time, as Paris is the city for walking! FAQs -Below are some of the frequently asked questions we get about the retreat. We will handle all logistics during the trip such as transportation to our excursions and restaurants, reservations, and activities. All you have to do is arrive at the hotel on December 1st, and we’ll handle the rest!

You will receive a detailed itinerary, as well as a suggested packing guide as we near the retreat!

Most international flights arrive at Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris. That said, you can also arrive at Orly airport if your airline travels there. Either airport offers G7 taxi services, which offer fixed rates for taking you from the airport into central Paris, where the hotel is.

Each individual must purchase their own ticket to the retreat, however, you may contact us separately to inquire about a double occupancy room and getting an adjusted rate for this. Please note: the retreat is only open to female participants, whether you’re sharing a room or not.

Yes, lodging for all 5 nights of the retreat is included in your ticket purchase.

The retreat is open to all females 18 years or older. It’s imperative, however, that you be mobile and able to walk for extended periods of time. Unfortunately, Paris is not handicap-friendly, so we cannot host guests that have mobility issues without risking the chance that they may potentially miss out on some excursions.

Because space is limited, we do not offer any refunds. We highly suggest you purchase Trip Insurance in case there are any unforeseen circumstances or need for cancellations.

Check In is available after 3:00 PM and must be completed by 11:00 AM.

The retreat begins with a 6pm apéro on Monday and ends with our final dinner gathering on Friday. You will need to check out of the hotel on Saturday by 12pm local time. 

You are welcome to extend your stay before or after the retreat dates. To make arrangements, please book your accommodations directly with the hotel.

Rest assured, we will provide you with all the necessary information well in advance of the retreat. This will include details on what to expect, what to pack, and what to bring, along with any additional updates to ensure you are fully prepared.
