French Fridays Week 1

French Fridays

I am excited to share a new series with you, French Fridays.

There are always so many things I want to share with you all and never enough time. I thought maybe this would be an excellent way to do this.

This will be an ongoing weekly series and will definitely evolve over time as I think of ideas or things I hear from you all about what you would like.

French Fridays Style

Always inspired by the French girl style, I love finding ways to recreate looks that inspire me.

The Perfect cocktail to start your weekend is with a French 75 of course. Light and refreshing it’s the best for hot summer days.

A French 75 is easy to make, you only need a few ingredients. So, invite your best girlfriends over, put together a charcuterie board and shake up a few French 75s. You can find my favorite way to make them here.

French Fridays Finds

A few favorite French-inspired finds for the week that I am loving. This darling LA CUISINE metal sign that’s just perfect in a kitchen.

A new cookbook I had to order after we got back from Provence. And, these French striped tea towels, are reminiscent of eating in a French restaurant.

French Fridays Beauty

I switched over to this Caudalíe Deodorant last year and couldn’t be more pleased. It’s a natural deodorant that doesn’t have any of those pesky dirty ingredients. There’s a eucalyptus smell that’s a bit refreshing to me. If you’re looking for a clean and natural deodorant this is a great buy.

French Fridays Favorite Place In Paris To Know

My absolute favorite neighborhood in Paris is Saint Germain-des-Prés. I absolutely love everything about this area from the energy, the shops, to all the people watching.

Two of my favorite cafés to people watch are Les Deux Magots and Le Bonaparte. Try and sit at tables right in front to see the best people watching in all of Paris.

You can see more of my favorite spots in my guide to Saint Germain here.

I would love to know what you guys think about this new series. If there’s anything else you would like to see please let me know.

  1. I have seen your posts on Instagram and love it and just found this website. Happy to give you commission on purchases. I was trying to find a blog or post with your height. I am 5’1’ and your size 6 is nice to see but wondering if you’d mind emailing me directly or letting me know your height so I can better judge if some of the clothing (pants mostly) will work for me.

  2. I follow your posts but, just discovered this series. Love everything about it!! Cannot wait to see more on here and in person when I can get back to Paris. Thank you, great job!!

  3. So glad I found your blog. I love it. The French have exquisite taste and I have tried to emulate their classic style. Thank you.
