French Fridays Week 17
French Fridays Week 17
Sault and welcome to French Fridays week 17 where I am sharing everything French that I’ve loved the past week in style, food, beauty, finds, and favorite places in Paris to know.
French Style
Black Blazer | Loafers | Denim | White T-Shirt | Silk Scarf
A favorite look for me is a black blazer with denim, a silk scarf, and pair of loafers or ballet flats. This is such an easy and classic look to do and one to wear for years. This is a look I will be recreating in Paris.
French Lifestyle
One thing I have noticed over the years in Paris is how much the women use some kind of market tote. They either use a straw market bag or a canvas tote to carry things around.
Paris is trying to ban plastic waste use as much as possible, so everyone carries around some sort of tote to and from the grocery store.
I personally love this idea and we have also tried to incorporate this idea when we go to the grocery store. I actually picked up a few canvas totes last time I was in Paris.
French Finds
If you’re in need of a deep cleanse for your scalp, then try this one from Christophe Robin. I have been trying to get my hair back to a healthy state after a few years of it not growing. This is one of those products that I’ve been using along the way to help.
A cute picture find from Target, that would look darling hanging on your wall. J’taime which means I love you in French is the perfect little saying.
Favorite Places In Paris To Know
A charming pastry shop, Odette, is not to be missed. Specializing in cream puffs, It’s incredibly picturesque. You can either sit outside at the few tables available and look out to the sights of Notre Dame in the distance.
Or, you can sit inside the first or third floors and offer a team room where you can get champagne, hot chocolate, and of course cream puffs.
