French Fridays Week 16
Sault and welcome to French Fridays week 16 where I am sharing everything French that I’ve loved the past week in style, food, beauty, finds, and favorite places in Paris to know.
As warmer weather approaches, wear cream, ivory, or beige trousers. A chic and classic tweed jacket always looks striking against a lighter pair of bottoms. This handbag is an amazing dupe of the Hermès Kelly bag and black ballet flats round out this classic outfit.
Make it a point to buy yourself fresh flowers every week, it doesn’t have to be a massive bouquet, just the simplest of flowers are the most beautiful. The French take beauty and appreciate the art of buying themselves flowers. Usually, I find a great selection at Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods or check my local grocery store.
A new-smelling spring candle from Diptyque is Fleur de Cerisier. It’s fruity and floral and evokes all that spring has to offer. This would be beautiful burning in a kitchen with a bouquet of flowers.
If you’re wanting a cute and lightweight sweater for spring, go for this Le Croissant, from Loft. Wear it with jeans for a fun outing or coffee date.
Favorite Places In Paris To Know
Citypharma in Paris is the place to go for all of your French beauty needs. It’s the one spot I immediately go to when I get to the city. I stock up on all my favorites like my Caudalíe Cream, Caudalíe Serum, and my favorite lip balms.
In my opinion, it’s the best pharmacy in the city, with the largest selection at incredible prices. There are many sales ladies inside who can help answer all your skincare concerns. If you have ever wondered what the deal is with French beauty, then step into the aisles of Cityphamra on your next visit.
