French Fridays Week 21

French Fridays Week 21

Sault and welcome to French Fridays week 21 where I am sharing everything French that I’ve loved the past week in style, food, beauty, finds, and favorite places in Paris to know.

French Style

Graphic of girl wearing white linen pants, black slides, white top and holding small market bag.

This a classic and simple summer outfit perfect for lunch dates, wine on the patio, and days when you want to look polished yet casual.

You could easily wear these twill pants or these straight-leg cotton ones. A short sleeve white linen button-down to keep you cool. These designer dupe sandals and a small market tote.

SHOP THE POST

French Tartine

One of our favorite things to make on days when we want something quick but savory and sweet is a French Tartine with jam. The other day, I joined my friend Annie as part of her Tartine Tuesdays.

It’s a very simple recipe of French country bread or a baguette, toasted. Then spread Ricotta Cheese on top followed by your favorite jam ( I prefer Bonne Maman). You can see the recipe in this post here.

French Finds

How cute are these salad plates which say L’Amour Toujours, which means, Love Always in French. You could use these for salads, entertaining, or hand them on a wall in your kitchen.

Favorite Places In Paris To Know

Café Charlot, located in the 3rd arrondissement, of Paris is a hip café with a great vibe. I love to stop here after a day of shopping in the area and sit and have a glass of champagne or wine.

The inside is charming and quaint Parisian, however, the terrace is a great place for people-watching. As one shop owner in Paris once told me, Café Charlot is where all the cool people go. No need to make a reservation to stop here.
