Petit Plaisir
One of my favorite moments from the week.
lifes little pleasures
Petit Plaisir
With the start of fall, I like to make Ina Garten’s Beef Bourguignon on Sundays. There’s something about this warm dish when it’s cold and crisp outside. I also love to light this Diptyque candle as well when cooking in the kitchen, to help with cooking smells. Specifically, this dish calls for bacon and I wanted to get rid of the bacon smell in the kitchen.
On My Paris List
Candelaria
Candelaria has been on my Paris list for years now since we went in 9 years ago, and my brother raved about it one night. For some reason, Nathan and I didn’t end up going with him. Something always comes up whenever I try to go, or I forget to go.
It’s an authentic Mexican Taqueria with tacos, nachos, and more in the front. Head to the back through a door and into a world-class cocktail bar open until 2 A.M.
