French Fridays Week 6
French Fridays
I am excited to share a new series with you, French Fridays. This is French Fridays week 6 where I am sharing everything French that I’ve loved the past week in style, food, beauty, finds, and favorite places in Paris to know.
French Style
This is one of those classic French-style looks that’s been on my Pinterest board for a while now. I absolutely love the idea of this outfit for Fall. It’s so chic, timeless, and classic and you could wear this easily for a lunch date out to dinner with friends.
The La Ligne black and white stripe sweater(another option) is so chic and I love it worn with an easy slip skirt, tall boots, and a black leather handbag. Simple yet still elevated. This is a look I will be recreating this Fall definitely.
French Recipe
A few weeks ago London and I made a French fruit tart from scratch. We used this version of Ina Garten’s tart, which was delicious and easily eaten within one night.
Our crust came out a little weird but that’s ok, we still made it work. French fruit tarts are one of London’s favorite desserts so we had been talking about making one for weeks.
We used this pan to make and bake the fruit tart and I highly recommend it. If you are craving something fruity and sweet this is the perfect thing to make.
French Finds
FRAME Denim has dropped another collaboration with the legendary Ritz Paris full of overly priced pieces but I picked up this hat. I tried to get this during the last collaboration and it sold out quickly. I was ready this time around and grabbed it the first day. It also comes in cream and bordeaux which is pretty for Fall.
Soup season is upon us and I had to replace one of our favorite Apilco bowls from Williams Sonoma that was dropped last year. I love this French porcelain not only because it’s beautiful but because it keeps our soups exceptionally warm.
French Beauty
Caudalíe is one of my favorite French brands for skincare. I have been using their products for years because they are clean, fresh, and work wonders on my skin. I also love the story behind the brand of how it started.
A few of my favorite products are the face masks which I rotate several times during the week. I use the Vinoperfect Glycolic to deep clean and get rid of dead skin cells and brighten my complexion once a week.
Then I will follow up another night during the week with the Vino Moisturing Mask, to help bring moisture and hydration back to my skin. During the winter months, I use this mask a few times a week since my skin is more on the dry side.

Favorite Places In Paris To Know
Angelina Paris, is always a place I recommend to those who have never been to Paris before. Besides being world famous for pastries, the tearoom is a beautiful experience for breakfast.
I love to go sit in the tearoom and have a beautiful Parisian breakfast and stop by on the way out and pick up a Mont-Blanc, which is my favorite Angelina pastry.
You can also enjoy the Angelina Hot Chocolate, which they are known for as well. It’s very sweet and rich but worth trying once.
