What I Am Packing For Paris In December
Today, I am off for 10 days in the city of light to enjoy Paris’s holiday magic, and here’s what I am packing for Paris in December. The weather will be cold and windy with temperatures averaging around 39 degrees (4 degrees Celsius) with the highest being 44 degrees (7 degrees Celsius).
We plan on doing a lot of walking during our time in the city, so layers and comfortable shoes will be key.
Our agenda will consist of visiting the Christmas Markets, a dinner cruise on the Seine, a concert one evening, and of course, stopping at every festive location we can.
What I Am Packing For Paris In December
Here’s everything I am packing for Paris in December to stay warm, classic, and chic at the same time. Remember, my goal is to always look like a local and blend in as much as I can.
Coats & Jackets I am Packing For Paris In December
Since the weather will be chilly and cold rain, I will be taking two coats with me, a lighter one and a heavier one. I packed this MANGO wrap coat to wear on days when maybe the wind isn’t so bad. Or, on days when I want to wear a very heavy sweater.
For the other days, I will be wearing this ba&sh Paris coat, which might be one of my favorite coats ever. It’s so incredibly chic, timeless, and very Parisian-looking. It’s definitely an investment coat but it’s one of the warmest coats I own and I also like the longer length on me as well.
I was going to pack a rain jacket and at the last minute forgot to put it in my suitcase so will go without it this time. I have an umbrella though and lots of cold-weather accessories to keep me warm and dry.
For our evening events, I am taking this J.Crew jacket to wear with these Cuyana silk pants and pumps.

Cold Weather Accessories For Paris In December
I always suggest packing lots of layers for Paris no matter the season, but especially during the colder months. My layers included this cami, this tank, this long sleeve shirt. I also included these gloves, this hat, these ear muffs, this scarf, this one, and this one as well. Since, all people really see doing the winter is a coat, I love to make scarves the focal point of my outfit.
